Seat Reservation

In order to maintain readers' rights for using library seats equally, the library will begin to use "Seat management system" from today, and please abide by relevant rules self-consciously.

Rules for Seat Management .

1. The WeChat official account "我去图书馆" can be used to select seats by mobile phone or selecting seats in library. Two terminal devices of seats management system, which can be used for seats selection and check-in, are located at the entrance of library and the hall on the third floor. Please be kindly noted that the device at the entrance provides code scanning check-in and Bluetooth check-in, and the device on the third floor provide code scanning check-in.

2. To reserve a seat: Readers can use the WeChat official account "我去图书馆" to reserve a seat. Seats can be reserved before the opening of the library on the same day. If selecting seats by WeChat official account “我去图书馆”after the opening of library, you should check in within 30 minutes.

3. To select seats in the library: Readers should hold his/her one-card to swipe at the terminal device to select seats and follow the seat number.

4. Readers should release the seat on the terminal device or WeChat account “我去图书馆” on mobile phone before leaving the library. Otherwise who will be recorded as violation 3 times, and will be banned from using the seat management system for 7 days.

Online seat selection and check-in

1.For the first time, please follow the WeChat official account of "我去图书馆", click the link, select "Dalian Medical University" inyourpersonal settings, and enter the unified authentication system of Dalian Medical University (User Manual for Unified Identity Authentication System refer to https://met.dmu.edu.cn/info/1204/2862.htm ）After successful authentication, you can use WeChat online seat selection.

2.Select seats by the seat menu of the WeChat public account "我去图书馆".

3.Obtain the dynamic QR code and check in within the specified time.

4.Check-in: code check-in or Bluetooth Check-in.

Swipe your card at the library and choose a seat

1.Swipe the card on the terminal device.

2.Select the seats.
