Notice to Graduates before Leaving the university

1. Users must return all borrowed books and pay all penalties before leaving school (including graduation, job transfer, suspension of schooling, drop-out, demission, completion of advanced studies, etc). If borrowed books are lost or damaged, books  must be returned before performing procedures of leaving school according to regulations.

2. If a user doesn’t perform procedures of returning borrowed books or the card to the library before leaving school according to regulations, the responsible department or department providing the guarantee must assume the responsibility for retrieving borrowed books .
